Story behind the song
Member's Only Crew of Stanford University Radio KZSU 1984. Rich D. & Jubwa (Johnny Afro) formed Pitch Black. The name was taken by others so we changed album to Soul Plantation Old School Style HIp Hop. Then changed the group toe RJMD which was inspired by EPMD. This stood for Rich and J Making Dollars. RJ99 was a freestyle flow over chopped up old school flavors.
